Home-made coasters

Technically, these are a Christmas present, but they came out so nicely I could not wait to share them! So easy to make too. I just bought board bottoms at our local craft shop. I used deco glue to put the pictures onto the coastyers, which I cut out of an old Woman’s calendar. Then did 12 layers of Modge Podge in different directions to get them to stick. Finally, I cut out felt and put them on the bottom of the coasters so they won’t slide and scratch different surfaces :).

** Just as an added note, finish your coasters off with a hard varnish and stick the felt on with wood glue.

  1. They look great!!
